Aroma: Nutty, sherry and caramel. A little watery but deep aroma.
Palate : Coffee("geisha was flashbacked someday I drank"), paper, salty.
I felt that the greater part come up from mouth to the nose probably becouse of young whisky. But It was impressive that sweet wort or unrefined sake taste constituents also remained on the tongue. I'm happy to compare special springbank "2015-07-03_3" and "2015-07-03_2" by drinking.
香りはナッティ、シェリー、カラメル、少し水っぽいけど香りは濃い。
飲むと コーヒー、紙、ブリニーさも。コーヒーはいつか飲んだゲイシャがフラッシュバック。
若いだけあってか、軽やかに鼻に抜けていく成分が多いように感じられるけど、舌にもじわじわ広がり、ずっと残る麦汁というかもろみ感が印象的でした。香りこそこちらの黒い方が特徴的だけど両方ともに濃い味でびっくり。また、こんな飲み比べができるとは思っていなかったのでこれもびっくり。
